2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged, you must provide a parcel opening video clearly showing the unboxing process and the damage.

• Claims for refunds or replacements without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.

• Once verified, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.

3. Return Eligibility (Jewelry Items)

• You may return eligible jewelry items within 7 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Returns must include proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

4. Non-Returnable Items
